Last night was fighter practice - I got a couple of bouts in with almost everyone (granted there wasn't a lot but...) Where were YOU, Konrad?  You were in armor last night and you didn't play with me!  Although I did get some good pointers/advice/crits that were helpful and I'm trying to put some advice to use that I got at TOC.  I'm also training a new fighter that seems very eager to learn.  Watch out, everyone - the Fen is getting a new female fighter!  Grrr!  Last week we had quite a few new people in armor but I think they opted for Dance Night.

This weekend is Pounce - Duke Edmund is goin' down!  (Trying to sound like one of those big, hairy pro wrestlers!) 

The office sucks right now.  I work in a financial advising place and with the markets the way they are - well, lets just say everyone is cranky!

I'm not some major geek that collects action figures and keeps them mint-in-box or anything (I actually take mine out and play with them - er, pose them!)  Except for my Princess Leia collection - I don't take those out for nuthin'!  Anyway, playing around on the internet (aka, "working") I found these custom figures that was just too cool not to share with Lubey.

I am not a gardener by ANY stretch of the imagination but I'm going to try this year.  I love veggies and in the summer there is nothing better than a tomato sandwich.  Wish me luck!

I'm trying to get my groove back, fighting-wise.  I have the shield work down, now if I could remember to use hips when I throw my shots!  I can't generate power.  It's driving me insane!  I swing and whiff - it's frustrating me.  I'm trying to do excercises for arm strength but at the same time I don't want arms like cannons.  Don't get me wrong, it's hot on men but hey, look at Madonna!  *shiver*  I'm starting to get all excited for melee season.  (Starting?  Oh, who am I kidding! I always love melee season!)  I'm even looking at my calendar going "hmmm, well nothing's planned for that weekend, I can swing Border Skirmish in WI, if I don't go to Border War... we'll see!")  'Course, that means sleeping in my car but that's the beauty of an Aztec, I've done it before and being small, it's not so bad!  I'm going to see if I can't increase the number of events I go to this year. 

I I still don't know how to play with my Bamboo Fun!  I I may not know how to work it but I've signed my name a lot!  I have lots and lots of ideas for my artistic/writing muse but nothing is coming out on paper.  Ugh.  I looove procrastina...  hey, look!  A bird!
